The leadership program I had the privilege to participate in with Susan was beyond rewarding. It allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. I gained a deeper understanding of who I am and what drives me to be the type of leader I long to be. It allowed me to discover how I can empower others and nurture their growth, so they may allow their God given talents to shine brightly. I am thankful for the growth I experienced in those 15 weeks with Susan's coaching!

“As a Director over multiple clinics with multiple managers, I found Susan's coaching to be a game changer for our staff. Many times in healthcare, we pull the BEST clinicians and put them in management positions without guidance or training. Susan's coaching examined controversial topics that we needed to discuss and opened doors to communication that we previously felt were unhealthy. Susan also brought a wealth of knowledge for inward examination of our management team and helped us relate to one another in an appropriate language for best direction. I would recommend Susan for any team, seasoned or unseasoned. Everyone should invest in your most important resource - your staff.
